Staff Appreciation Week

Due to the school closures (and distance-learning) because of Covid-19, we have had to readjust our plans for appreciating our wonderful Staff and Teachers at Oso Grande.

We wanted to take a moment to take off the hard hats, put the pencils down, & make a quick “detour” to spend this very special week celebrating our teachers and staff.  We are an incredible Oso Community because of them, and we cannot express truly how much we appreciate all of their efforts every day to support our children.

In lieu of a special week of breakfast, lunch and other recognitions during this week (coupled with the amazing gestures of our Room Parents), the Oso Grande PTA has made the decision to offer a token gift card of each staff member’s choosing to one of the following:

• “Teachers-Pay-Teachers” because “You are reMARKable!”
• “Target” because “You’re always keeping us on TARGET!”
• “Amazon” because “You’re amazin’!”
• “Barnes & Noble” because we want to “Thank you for making our year just ‘write’!”
• “Door Dash”…”Lettuce taco bout how awesome you are!”
• “Lowe’s” because we want to “Thank you for helping us grow!”
• “Bath & Body Works” because “You’ve been SCENT-sational!’
• “Netflix” because we “Thank you for making this year picture perfect!”

We hope our teachers and staff know just how very much they are appreciated ALWAYS and especially NOW!!!  You are O-SO Fabulous.
