Health & Wellness

Our PTA values the importance of Health and Wellness. We believe it is essential to begin this at a young age. Healthy choices promote better learning, good food choices, and to develop a love for being active! We aim to incorporate health and fitness throughout the school year.

We encourage you to help your student(s) embrace health and wellness. Great activities have been planned to take place throughout the school year to encourage the whole family to have a dialogue about healthy living!

  • Take the month of March Green Foods Challenge!
  • Parents & students can join in for Morning Yoga on the BlackTop!
